• Company/worksite information (company name)
• Uploaded content (photos, files, attachments)

All files and data are stored on secure AWS servers. No location data (GPS or IP-based) is collected. Payment information is handled separately through secure third-party services.

We use collected data to facilitate account creation, enable user access, and support internal reporting functions that help improve our services.

WorknWits utilizes trusted third-party vendors for hosting and communication purposes, including AWS, Google Cloud, Bubble.io, Xano, ClickSend, and Postmark. These services comply with industry-standard security and privacy requirements.

6. Data Ownership and Retention

Employee Records: Training records, reports, and certifications created or managed within WorknWits belong to the employer (company) and not the individual employee or WorknWits. These records will remain stored in the company’s account for as long as the employer maintains an active WorknWits subscription, and for a period of 90 days after account deactivation or until such records are securely transferred to the company.

Personal Data: Personal information associated with individual users (such as name, phone number, and email address) will be deleted upon account deletion or upon verified request by the data subject, while company records remain intact as described above.

7. Data Sharing

WorknWits does not share, sell, or rent user data to any third party for any reason.

8. User Rights

• Access: Users may access their personal data at any time through their account.
• Correction: Admin users may correct or update information as needed.
• Deletion: Admins may request deletion of personal data. Company records (training and reports) remain with the employer as noted above.
• Export: Admins may export company data upon request.

9. Security Measures

WorknWits implements encryption, secure data storage practices, and optional two-factor authentication to protect user data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

10. Children’s Privacy

WorknWits is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

11. International Users

WorknWits operates exclusively within the United States and does not serve international users.
